Following my previous post on Joseph Kony, please do take time to research more not only on him, but other wanted war criminals. Kony is by no means the only one out there, unfortunately. The Daily Beast have provided their list of 7 of the most wanted war criminals. Please bare in mind that these 7 men are in the top list, not necessarily AT the top.
