Not up to much at the moment, right now trying to work on research for my dissertation and listening to good music. Tomorrow, though, I'll be meeting up with some of my girl friends for lunch then ice skating, which I'm looking forward to :) Then last minute shopping with my mom for suit trousers and blouses aaand then back to school on the 5th it is for me :( My resolutions have been going okay so far (I know it has only been two days but that's encouraging for me! :P ) although my run this morning left me in absolute PAIN. Grrr this is what I get for not working out for months, then launching into it, I guess.

Happy New Year from London!

All were taken on my phone. This past year has been a year of new experiences and new memories. Good times, bad times, stressful times and rewarding times. Upon reflecting on all of this, I've decided that I don't really want to set resolutions to change about my life, but to merely improve what I'm working at already. My aims for 2012 are;
-To work out more regularly
-To improve my productivity, whether it be with work, planning or organizing or life generally :P
-To take more risks with my photography (e.g stoping strangers on the street to take a photo of, trying new themes for future photo shoots)
-Take up lots of short courses and get more work experience
-Read more and a wider range of material

Overal, I cannot wait for this year because I feel like the next 12 months are going to be long, and with that there is a lots of work, opportunities and mostly; potential. I want to strive to make this the best year yet for myself and others.

And with that I leave you with a big warm HAPPY NEW YEAR!

The Versace A/W11 for H&M hits stores tomorrow...! Doubt I'll buy anything but if I could I'd DEFINITELY get this silk shirt and this printed cotton bomber jacket.

Andrej Pejic for Echt Hema

As you've probably all heard by now, a campaign featuring Andrej Pejic has been released... advertising bras that claim to enhance your size by two cups. What strikes me most (which was the initial idea of the campiagn) was how they used a MAN to illustrate their claim. Here are the pictures:

Andrej is well known for his androgynous style of modelling, often shooting in women's clothes but has also walked in shows for both men and women couture.... and he looks brilliant in both! Here are some of his work;

Broke up for Christmas holidays today, so I haven't got much to do with myself for the next 3 weeks as everyone's out exploring the world except for me ;(

I've been obsessing over little details recently and I'm determined to finish some sort of project before the new year, whether it's baking something and wrapping it up to give to friends, finishing a collage, portfolio, organize a photo shoot with friends, finish decorating my room...the list goes on -.-. Will update this blog more often now that I've been released from the prison (i.e school)

My friend and her sister are having a photo shoot with their mom's friend and have invited me to come along... so excited to learn about how to use lighting when taking photos outdoors and other shit :D

Other stuff going on right now... drama (as always :P), lots and LOTS of work (mostly catch up from this past school term), also i really want to get into baking..found some very easy but sweet recipes online which I'd like to try out, and I want to experiment more with make up for photo shoots :)

Two final things; these gorgeous iPhone cases are to kill for... I WANT THEM ALL!!! too bad they're out of my budget ;( *le cry*

Also check out Young The Giant's new remix album, very easy to listen to; usually not into this type of music but this is amazing.
