Hello Monday!

Okay so today was shiiitt... here are some things which have cheered me up! :)

1. I've been quite obsessed with blogger Garance Doré's "Excuse My French" video series, her accent is seriously cute plus it's quite nice to see her everyday life from her perspective. Check them out here if you haven't already!
2. I'm so ready for summer... and here's a tutorial on how to make the perfect flower headband from Honestly, WTF. I actually wanted to try my hand at this last summer but I couldn't find the right materials! This summer I'm determined to do it!
3. Simple classic clothing. I'm lusting for a shopping trip (even though I'm broke as hell) and after searching on online shops, I think I'll be hitting places such as Gap, Uniqlo and Zara the most! Here's what I wore today!

Finally the photo tab on Blogspot decided to sort itself out.. I've been meaning to post this outfit I wore to school for more than a week but the photos didn't turn up! Anyways, as you can see, decided to wear a classic white shirt with cropped at the ankle black trousers, with this necklace that I got given for my birthday. :)

Quick post just to share some pictures from a birthday lunch a few weekends back. It was quite casual so I opted for a blouse with jeans and a blazer on top.

Here are some crappy iPhone/Photobooth pictures of what I wore to a family gathering. The jeans and blouse are both from H&M, although I am considering selling the jeans as although they are great quality the waistband is a little too low (=awkward builders' bum) haha. The long waistcoat is a present from my dad from China with a beautiful embroidery along the bottom hem (you can't really see the details well in the pictures; sorry for that).

Guys... you NEED to check this out!

Probably one of the coolest things I've seen in my life. Interactive, funny and it's got the Olsen twins in it, I'm entertained! :P Head over to Olsens Anonymous who's done a proper cover on the collection.

Pulled a sickie off school today because I didn't get any homework done the night before... but in my defence I have been helping with the packing up PLUS I've barely slept all week!

In other news, autumn is definitely on it's way here in England. After a very hot week, the good weather's finally over which means I can now wear all my lovely A/W purchases I made over the summer haha.

Today I'm wearing a boring combination of dark blue jeans and a black top and black sort of Momsy cardigan, but I've livened it up with a gorgeous scarf (my mom's :P) from Tk Maxx. It's totally put me in the autumn mood!

Photos of what I wore to school today. The jumper I stole from my dad, and I love the little hole detail on either side of the jumper. My tights are from Ellen Tracy and I love them! They're literally indestructible haha, you can get them for a good price at Tk Maxx. I think they're much better value compared to the cheap packs I get from Primark haha.

Winter's cold, it's too much to handle

Slipped into an old shirt (my dad's) after school today and I actually quite like it! My parents have quite good taste in clothes and always buy good quality items (I've picked up the habit from them, when I go shopping I check the material tag before the price! Drives my friends crazaaayy :P )

Listening to Vampire Weekend and freaking out about a fucking giant of a spider that was in my room last night which has magically disappeared... Last time I check it went crawling into my clothes draw!!!! I'm yet to've taken photos of my recently bought stuff, my camera's run out of battery, so annoying when that happens! At the moment I'm searching for vocational courses in law for this summer, without much luck! Anybody know a place in London where they take up people? (Law firms, etcc?) Thanks a lot!

Good Lord I buy a lot of things from Tk Maxx! Well actually, it's my mom who has the good eye, everytime I go there I can never find something I like! VERY please, though, with my little rucksack find, was at the back of the handbag rail and at a MUCH cheaper price than Urban Outfitters!

The clear mascara is a pretty decent primer I guess, but for the price it was I don't really care. 

FIRST DAY of school tomorrow and I don't know what to wear D;

I can see for miles, miles, miles

Here are some crappy Photobooth pics of what I wore today. As mentioned in an earlier post, this outfit was inspired (okay copied :P) from a picture I posted of Mary-Kate in New York. Wore with the brogues and black satchel (I use that bag a lot nowadays)
Met up with my lovely girl Sophie and she gave me the three best presents in the world: chocolate, cigerettes and paid half of the price for my cartilage piercing! Also got a lovely card and a framed photo of us and our friend, Chiara.
Tomorrow is Eid (woo no more fasting :P) and I think the plan is going to a fair in a park with my family. I'll be wearing the brown cocktail dress I posted last week.
